These hearing aids are fantastic! I personally have never had the "thousand dollar" ones, but I know people who do. People can say anything about their hearing aids but I watch and listen. I have been to many restaurants with friends that have the expensive ones and I can tell they are not any better. They have trouble hearing in noisy places, and certain tones. You need to remember these are "aids' not a cure, humans can not duplicate what God has made, but these are as good as anyone else's that I have been around.
